Terms of service

1. The service

eOffice AI Studio gives businesses AI agents: Bisi, which plans, creates and publishes social media posts, and Ada, which writes and publishes blog articles. The agents learn about your business from what you tell them and the files you upload, then work on your behalf, for the accounts and sites you connect. We may improve, change or stop features over time; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. eOffice AI Studio is for business use. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

• Keep your password safe and don't share your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what people you invite to your business do.
• Tell us at once at privacy@eoffice.ng if you think someone else has used your account.

4. AI-made content, and your approval

Our agents use artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes: it can get facts wrong, misread a label, or make a picture that isn't quite right. That's why you can review every post and article before it goes out.

• You decide what is published. You choose whether to approve each post, approve a month's plan, or let the agents publish on their own. Whatever you choose, you are responsible for what is published on your accounts and sites.
• Check that content is accurate and lawful before you approve it, especially prices, offers, health or product claims, and anything about other people or brands.
• AI content may be similar to content made for others; we don't promise it is unique.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (your logo, photos, videos, music and text) and, as far as the law allows, of the content our agents make for you. You give us permission to store, copy, edit, combine and publish that content only as needed to provide the service to you, for example to make a post from your product photo and publish it to your connected account.

You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, including any music, photos of people and other brands' material, and that using it in your posts won't break anyone's rights or the law.

6. Connected accounts

When you connect a social media account (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube or Bluesky) or a WordPress site, you authorise us to publish the content you set up or approve to it. You must follow each platform's own terms and rules (for example, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).

Those platforms are run by other companies. We aren't responsible for their decisions, such as limits on how often you can post, removing a post, or restricting your account, or for their services being unavailable. You can disconnect an account at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use eOffice AI Studio to:

• publish anything illegal, false or misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or harmful to children;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or pretend to be someone else;
• send spam, or manipulate platforms with fake engagement;
• break the rules of the platforms you connect;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, get around its limits, or access other businesses' data.

8. Plans and payment

• Each agent is a subscription for one business, paid monthly or yearly in Naira, at the prices shown when you subscribe.
• Payments are taken by Paystack, by card or bank transfer.
• Card payments renew automatically at the end of each period until you remove the agent. If a renewal fails, the agent keeps working for 3 days, then pauses until you pay.
• Bank transfer payments don't renew automatically. We remind you before the renewal date; if you haven't paid by then, the agent pauses until you do.
• You can remove an agent at any time on the Billing page. It keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed after that. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
• Payments are not refundable, including for unused time, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you in error.
• We may change our prices. We'll tell you before a change applies to you, and it will take effect from your next renewal.

9. Suspending or ending your use

You can stop using eOffice AI Studio at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@eoffice.ng. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don't pay, put the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires us to. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Our responsibilities

We work hard to keep eOffice AI Studio reliable and secure, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that your posts will reach a particular audience or bring particular results.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or damage to reputation, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is made against us because of content you published or uploaded, or because you broke these terms or the law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we'll tell you by email or in eOffice AI Studio before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a problem, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. Otherwise, disputes will be decided by the courts of Nigeria.
